Terms of use

Bachyug is a discovery and lead-generation marketplace for local bachelor-life services in Nashik — PGs and rooms, tiffin and mess, restaurants, laundry, and other services. Bachyug is not a landlord, a food provider, or a laundry operator. We connect users with independent, third-party vendors; the actual rental agreement, meal subscription or service arrangement is between you and that vendor directly.

Browsing, comparing, saving and contacting a vendor through Bachyug is free for users, permanently. We do not add a brokerage fee, service fee or platform charge to any transaction between a user and a vendor. If anyone claims to represent Bachyug and asks you to pay a fee to "unlock" contact details, book a visit, or confirm a listing, that is not us — please report it via the Contact page immediately.

To send an enquiry, we verify your mobile number by one-time password (OTP). This protects vendors from spam and protects you — it confirms the enquiry genuinely came from your number. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, reservation, or any binding agreement; it only shares your contact details and message with that specific vendor.

Listings marked "Verified" have been visited on-ground by our team at the time of verification. Prices, availability and amenities can change after that visit — always confirm current details directly with the vendor before making any payment or commitment. Use the "Report this listing" action on any listing that no longer matches what you find in person; we re-verify reported listings and remove ones that don't hold up.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the listing you're reviewing. We moderate reviews before they go live and remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or unrelated to the listing. A vendor may publicly reply to a review once; they may not edit or delete a user's review.

• Vendors must list real photos of their actual premises, not stock images or another business's photos.
• Pricing shown must be the price actually charged — hidden charges disclosed only after a visit are a policy violation.
• Vendors must respond to enquiries in good faith and keep listing availability reasonably up to date.
• Bachyug may suspend or remove a vendor account for repeated user complaints, fake listings, or fraudulent behaviour.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, submits fraudulent enquiries or reviews, or is used to harass another user or vendor. You may delete your own account at any time from Account → Settings.

Bachyug facilitates introductions between users and independent vendors. We do our best to verify listings on-ground, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the conduct of any vendor, or the outcome of any visit, booking or transaction. Always exercise your own judgement — visit before paying a deposit, and confirm terms directly with the vendor in writing.

We may update these terms as Bachyug grows. Material changes will be highlighted in-app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Nashik, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
