Where to stay near K.K. Wagh College — a locality guide

K.K. Wagh College draws students from across Maharashtra, and most end up choosing between College Road, Gangapur Road and Panchavati for a PG. Each has a very different feel.

College Road is the obvious first choice — a 5 to 10 minute walk for most PGs, dense with tiffin services and stationery shops, but also the most competitive on rent (₹5,500–₹9,000 for a shared room).

Gangapur Road is a short auto ride away and noticeably cheaper (₹4,500–₹7,000), with better road width and slightly newer buildings, at the cost of a 10–15 minute commute in peak traffic.

Panchavati is further but has some of the best home-style tiffin options in the city and a quieter, more residential feel — worth it if you don't mind a longer ride and want lower rent.

Whichever area you pick, filter by distance from your exact college on Bachyug's PG page rather than guessing from a locality name — "College Road" itself stretches over 2–3 km.
